Mrs. Folkema has taught for 28 years, all of which she has been involved at Muskegon Christian School.  Vonnie holds a B.A. in Education from Calvin College and a continuing teaching certificate from Western Michigan University.  Vonnie enjoys teaching Kindergarten three times per week at MCS and Computers at Fremont Christian two times per week.  Her goal is to help parents teach their children about God, His world and His plan for their lives.

Vonnie and her husband own "Country Folk Dairy Farm" in Fremont.  Vonnie enjoys singing on the praise team in her church, and photo scrapbooking and computer graphics as her hobbies.
